Novigrad (italiensk Cittanova, venetiansk Sitanova), stundom kalla Novigrad Istarski (Cittanova d'Istria, Sitanova d'Ìstria) for å skilje byen frå andre kroatiske byar med same namn, er ein tettstad og ein bykommune i fylket Istria i Kroatia.[2][3]
