Pfaff Island er ei av Bennett Islands, som ligg like sør for Granicher Island i Hanusse Bay. Ho vart kartlagd frå flyfoto teken av Ronne antarktiske forskingsekspedisjon (RARE) (1947–48) og Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition (FIDASE) (1956–57). Ho vart namngjeven av United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) etter Alexius B.I.F. Pfaff (1825–86), ein tysk fysikar som studerte is i Sveits i 1874-76.
