Randal «Randy» Brecker (fødd 27. november 1945) er ein amerikansk trompetist og valthornist. Han er storebror til avdøde Michael Brecker (1949–2007).
Han har opptredd eller spelt inn plater med Stanley Turrentine, Billy Cobham, Bruce Springsteen, Lou Reed, Sandip Burman, Charles Mingus, Blood, Sweat & Tears, Horace Silver, Frank Zappa, Parliament-Funkadelic, Chris Parker, Jaco Pastorius, Dire Straits, Todd Rundgren, Blue Öyster Cult, Spyro Gyra og mange fleire. I dei formative åra sine studerte Brecker trompet med Bill Adam ved Indiana University.
