Randy Waldman (fødd 8. september 1955)[1] er ein USA-amerikansk pianist, arrangør, komponist og dirigent. I 2019 vann arrangementet til Waldman av «Spiderman Theme» på albumet hans Superheroes Grammyprisen for beste arrangement. Waldman arrangerte Barbra Streisand sin «Somewhere», som òg vann den same Grammyprisen i 1985. Han har vore pianist og dirigent for Streisand i over 35 år og har arbeidd med ei rekkje artistar som Frank Sinatra, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Beyoncé, Ray Charles og Stevie Wonder. Han er òg helikopter- og flypilot og instruktør.
