Ridge Island er ei ryggforma øy som ligg 3 nautiske mil (6 km) aust for Pourquoi Pas Island i midten av Bourgeois Fjord, utanfor vestkysten av Graham Land. Ho vart oppdaga og namngjeven av British Graham Land Expedition (BGLE), 1934–37, under Rymill.
