Rigsby Islands er ei lita gruppe isdekte øyar som ligg utanfor nordaustkysten av Adelaide Island, kring 2 nautiske mil (3,7 km) sør for Sillard Islands. Ho vart kartlagd frå flyfoto teken av Ronne antarktiske forskingsekspedisjon (RARE) (1947–48) og Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition (FIDASE) (1956–57). Ho vart namngjeven av United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) etter George P. Rigsby, amerikanske geologar som spesialiserte seg på iskrystallstruktur og plastisiteten til isen.
