Rockpepper Bay er ei bukt som ligg aust for Boreal Point langs nordkysten av Joinville Island. Ho vart kartlagd av Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS) i 1953-54. Ho fekk dette namnet av United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) på grunn av særs mange småøyar og skjer i bukta.
