David Goldstein (fødd 24. februar 1947), betre kjend som Rupert Holmes, er ein britisk-amerikansk komponist, songar-låtskrivar, musikar, dramatikar og forfattar. Han er kjend for hitsinglane «Escape (The Piña Colada Song)» (1979) og «Him» (1980). Han er òg kjend for musikalane sine The Mystery of Edwin Drood, som vann han to Tony-prisar, og Curtains, og for TV-serien Remember WENN.
Som plateartist debuterte Holmes med Widescreen i 1974 på Epic Records. Han arbeidde òg som plateprodusent på denne tida, mellom anna for Lynsey de Paul, Sparks og Sailor.[1][2]
