Smith Bluffs er ei rekkje isdekte skrentar med mange klippeframspring, på nordsida av Dustin Island og sørenden av Seraph Bay. Han vart oppdaga på helikopterflyturar frå USS «Burton Island» og U.S. Navy Bellingshausen Sea Expedition, februar 1960 og kalla opp etter Philip M. Smith i National Science Foundation som var representant for US Antarctic Research Program (USARP) på denne ekspedisjonen.
