The Ultimate Collection er eit dobbelt samlealbum av den amerikanske songar-låtskrivaren Billy Joel. Det vart gjeve ut av Sony Music Entertainment Japan i desember 2000, og sidan i Europa og Oseania med noko anna innhald (erstatta den japanske hitten «The Stranger» med eit konsertopptak av «You're My Home»).

Samlinga omfatta heile karrieren til Joel, frå tidlege songar til hitsinglane som ikkje var med på Greatest Hits. Albumet vart ein stor hitt og nådde topp 5 i mange land, mellom anna i Storbritannia.

The Ultimate Collection vart ikkje gjeven ut i USA, fordi Legacy Recordings gav ut ei liknande samling, The Essential i oktober 2001.
