Tiw Valley er ein dal som ligg like aust for Odin Valley i Asgard Range i Victoria Land i Antarktis. Dalen er ein av fleire i denne fjellkjeda som har fått namn frå norrøn mytologi, Tiw er det gammalengelske namnet på Ty som var ein gud for rettferd og tingskipnaden. Namnet vart foreslått av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) i samtalar med New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee (NZ-APC).
