Nesebăr (bulgarsk Несебър) er ein by og ein kommune i provinsen Burgas i Bulgaria. Kommunen omfattar byane Nesebăr, Obzor og Sveti Vlas i tillegg til 11 andre busetnader.
Kommunen har eit areal på 419 km2.[1] Ved folketeljinga i 2011 hadde kommunen 22 348 innbyggjarar, medan sjølve byen hadde 10 143 innbyggjarar.[2]
