Île au Guano er ei klipperik øy 0,2 nautiske mil lang, som ligg 0,2 nautiske mil sør for Île du Chameau ved søraustenden av Curzon Islands i Antarktis. Ho vart kartlagd og namngjeven av Den franske antarktisekspedisjonen i 1951. Namnet kjem frå dei store mengdene pingvinekskrement (guano) på øya.[1]
