Cape Confusion er eit kupert nes som stikk ut frå sørvestdelen av Northern Foothills, 4 nautiske mil nordvest for Cape Russell, på kysten av Victoria Land. Det vart vitja av Southern Party av New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition, 1962–63, som gav dette namnet på grunn av den komplekse geologiske strukturen i området. Confusion er eit engelsk ord for forvirring.[1]
