Carlson Island er ei klipperik øy som ligg i Prince Gustav Channel 3 nautiske mil søraust for Pitt Point på Trinityhalvøya. Ho vart oppdaga i 1903 av Den svenske antarktisekspedisjonen under Otto Nordenskiöld, som namngav ho etter Wilhelm Carlson, ein av dei som finansierte ekspedisjonen.[1]
