Case Island er ei rund, isdekt øy som ligg utanfor kysten av Antarktis. Øya ligg i Carroll Inlet mellom fastlandet og Smyley Island. Ho vart kartlagd av US Geological Survey frå landmålingar og frå flyfotografi teken av U.S. Navy , 1961–66. Namnet vart foreslått av Finn Rønne etter senator Francis H. Case, som fekk senatet til å skaffe eit skip for Ronne antarktiske forskingsekspedisjon, 1947–48.[1]
