Casy Island er den største av ei gruppe småøyar som ligg 2 nautiske mil søraust for Lafarge Rocks og 3 nautiske mil nordaust for Coupvent Point, utanfor nordsida av Trinityhalvøya. Ho vart oppdaga og namngjeven av ein fransk ekspedisjon under kaptein Jules Dumont d'Urville, 1837–40,[1]
