Demas Bluff er ein fjellskrent på sørsida av Fosdick Mountains, 4 km vest for Mount Richardson i Ford Ranges i Marie Byrd Land. Han vart kartlagt av U.S. Antarctic Service (USAS) (1939–41) under kontreadmiral Richard E. Byrd og vart kalla opp etter dr. Charles J. Demas som var legeassistent ved Byrd-ekspedisjonen (1933–35) og for USAS (1939–41).[1]
