Duncan Bluff er ein bratt fjellskrent langs nordsida av Hathertonbreen. Han har ei høgd på 1800 moh mellom Corell Cirque og Conant Valley i Darwin Mountains. I samband med at fleire stader i området vart kalla opp etter kommunikasjonsfolk, vart han kalla opp etter Patrick Duncan Smith ved Office of Polar Programs i National Science Foundation i 1995–2001, ein informasjonsteknologispesialist for United States Antarctic Program med ansvar for prosjekt med tilgang til kommunikasjonssatellittar for kommunikasjon mellom Antarktis og resten av verda.[1]
