Dyment Island er ei lita øy som ligg 5 nautiske mil sørvest for the McKinzie Islands i den indre, sentrale delen av Cranton Bay i Antarktis. Ho vart kartlagd av US Geological Survey frå landmålingar og frå flyfoto tekne av U.S. Navy, 1960–66, og vart namngjeven av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names etter Donald I. Dyment, ein kokk i U.S. Navy ved Byrd Station i 1967.[1]
