East Egerton er eit markant fjell, 2815 moh, som ligg 2 nautiske mil aust for Mount Egerton i Churchill Mountains i Antarktis. Det vart kartlagd av New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition (1960–61) og namngjeve i samband med Mount Egerton.[1]
