Elliott Hills er ei gruppe låge åsar og nunatakar, 12 nautiske mil lange, heilt nordvestend i Gutenko Mountains, sentralt i Palmer Land i Antarktis. Dei vart kartlagde av US Geological Survey i 1974, og namngjevne av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names etter kapteinløytnant David J. Elliott i U.S. Navy som var offiser på LC-130-flyet under fotograferinga og ismålingane av stre område av Antarktis under Operasjon Deep Freeze, 1970 og 1971.[1]
