Envoy Rock er ei klippe som markerer nordenden av Îles Dion, utanfor sørenden av Adelaide Island. Han vart kartlagt av a Royal Navy Hydrographic Survey Unit frå HMS «Protector» i 1963 og fekk dette namnet i samband med Emperor Island og namn frå eit keisarhoff.[1]
