Esplin Islands er ei truppe på to småøyar og skjer som ligg nordaust for Box Reef, utanfor sørenden av Adelaide Island. Dei vart namngjevne av UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee etter fenrik Christopher J. Esplin Jones i Royal Navy, som av med i Royal Navy Hydrographic Survey Unit som kartla denne gruppa i 1962–63.[1]
