False Island er den største av tre øyar som ligg ved austsida av Hackapike Bay, utanfor nordaustkysten av Île Anvers i Antarktiske Arkipel. To øyar vart kartlagde i den tilnærma posisjonen deira av Den franske antarktisekspedisjonen, 1903–05, under Jean-Baptiste Charcot. False Øya vart namngjeven av Discovery Investigations på «Discovery» i 1927.[1]
