Final Island er den vestlegaste av Myriad Islands, som ligg 3,5 nautiske mil nordvest for Snag Rocks i Wilhelm Archipelago. Ho vart kartlagd av Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey frå flyfoto teken av Hunting Aerosurveys Ltd i 1956–57 og frå helikopteret på HMS «Protector» i mars 1958. Ho fekk dette namnet av UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee fordi ho er den vestlegaste av Myriad Islands og den vestlegaste av alle øyane ved French Passage.[1]
