First Milestone er eit skjer markert av brenningar, 3,5 km nordvest for Cape Saunders, utanfor nordkysten av Sør-Georgia. Det vart kartlagt og namngjeve av mannskap frå Discovery Investigations på «Discovery» under perioden 1926–30.[1]
