Gerlache Island er den største av Rosenthal Islands som ligg utanfor vestkysten av Île Anvers i Antarktiske Arkipel i Antarktis. Ho vart først grovt kartlagd og namngjeven «Pointe de Gerlache» av Den franske antarktisekspedisjonen, 1903–05, under Jean-Baptiste Charcot, for løytnant Adrien de Gerlache. Ho vart karlagd av Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey i 1956–58.[1]
