Hecate Rock er ei grunne med ei djupne på minst 4,2 m utanfor innløpet til Beckmannfjorden i Bay of Isles på Sør-Georgia. Ho vart namngjeven av UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee i 1984 etter HMS «Hecate», som var nær ved å gå på grunn her under ei sjømåling av Bay of Isles i januar–februar 1983.[1]
