Holmes Bluff er ein skrent marking nordenden av Demas Range på kysten av Marie Byrd Land i Antarktis. The feature vart observert frå lufta frå U.S. Antarctic Service i 1939–41, but vart først kartlagte i detalj av US Geological Survey i 1959–65. Han vart namngjeven av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names etter Thomas J. Holmes, ein meteorolog i US Antarctic Research Program ved Byrd-stasjonen i 1961.[1]
