Host Island er ei øy som ligg like søraust for Manciple Island i Wauwermans Islands i Wilhelm Archipelago i Antarktis. Ho er med på eit argentinsk kart frå 1950, Øya vart namngjeven av UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee i 1958 etter The Host, ein av karakterane i Geoffrey Chaucer-romanen The Canterbury Tales.[1]
