Illusion Hills er ei lita grpupe åsar som ligg mellom Lichen Hills og Vantage Hills ved toppen av Rennickbreen i Victoria Land i Antarktis. Dei vart namngjevne av den nordlege geolog-gruppa frå New Zealand, 1962–63, fordi dei låg lengre unna enn det først såg ut til.[1]
