Kelly Nunataks er nokre nunatakar heilt aust i Clark Mountains i Ford Ranges i Marie Byrd Land. Dei vart kartlagde av US Geological Survey (USGS) frå landmålingar og flyfoto tekne av U.S. Navy i 1959-65. Dei fekk namn av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) etter John David Kelly, ein forskar på ionosfæren i US Antarctic Research Program (USARP) ved Byrd-stasjonen i 1968.
