Mount Granholm er eit fjell på 2440 meter over havet, 9 nautiske mil søraust for Mount Pittard nordvest i Admiralty Mountains i Victoria Land i Antarktis. Det vart kartlagd av US Geological Survey frå landmålingar og flyfotografi i U.S. Navy, 1960–63, og vart namngjeve av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names etter Nels H. Granholm, ein biolog i US Antarctic Research Program ved Hallett-stasjonen, 1967–68.[1]
