Mount Griffin er eit fjell, 1760 moh, som ligg 13 nautiske mil aust-søraust for Mount Bolt og markerer den sørlege grensa til Anare Mountains i Victoria Land i Antarktis. Det vart kartlagd av US Geological Survey (USGS) frå landmålingar og flyfoto tekne av U.S. Navy, 1960–63, og vart namngjeve av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names etter Joe R. Griffin i U.S. Army, ein helikopterpilot som flydde for USGS, 1962–63 under kartlegginga av dette fjellet.[1]
