Patton Bluff er ein skrent som ligg mellom Shibuya Peak og Coleman Nunatak på austsida av Berrybreen i Marie Byrd Land. Han vart kartlagt av US Geological Survey (USGS) frå landmålingar og flyfoto tekne av U.S. Navy i 1959-65. Han vart namngjeven av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) etter Delbert E. Patton, ein forskar på ionosfæren i US Antarctic Research Program (USARP) ved Byrd-stasjonen i 1962.
