The Almighty er eit skotsk hardrock/heavy metal-band frå Glasgow, skipa i 1988. Tre av dei grunnleggande medlemmane, Ricky Warwick, Stump Monroe og Floyd London, var venner som møtte kvarande på skulen. Sjølv om bandmedlemmane hadde musikalske røter i punk, tok Almighty opp ei meir heavy metal/hard rock-orientert musikalsk retning i dei tidlege åra. På seinare album gjekk den musikalske stilen meir mot dei opphavlege punkrøtene til gruppa.

The Almighty har gjeve ut sju studioalbum, to antologiar og eitt livealbum.
