Waitt Peaks er ei samling spisse fjell, stort sett snødekte, ved sørvestenden av ein stor hesteskoforma rygg. Det ligg 4 nautiske mil (7 km) nordvest for Schirmacher Massif aust i Palmer Land. Det vart kartlagd av US Geological Survey (USGS) i 1974. Det vart namngjeve av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) etter geolog Richard B. Waitt, eit medlem av geologi- og landmålingsgruppa frå USGS til Lassiter Coast, 1972-73.
