Billy Vera (fødd 28. mai 1944 som William Patrick McCord)[1] er ein USA-amerikansk songar, låtskrivar, skodespelar, forfattar og musikkhistorikar. Han har vore songar og låtskrivar sidan 1960-åra, og det mest suksessrike innspelinga hans er «At This Moment», som gjekk til topps i USA i 1987. Han held fram å spele med gruppa si Billy Vera & The Beaters, og vann Grammyprisen i 2013.
