Clowes Bay er ei bukt mellom Confusion Point og Oliphant Islands, langs sørsida av Signy Island i Sør-Orknøyane. Ho vart kartlagd i 1933 av mannskapet på RSS «Discovery II» under Discovery Investigations, som namngav ho etter Archibald J. Clowes, ein engelsk oseanograf i Discovery Committee 1924–46.[1]
