Costco Wholesale Corporation (ofte berre Costco) er eit amerikansk multinasjonalt selskap som driv ei kjede av store butikkar med medlemskap (varehusklubb).[18] I 2023 var Costco den tredje største detaljhandelforhandlaren i verda,[19] og i 2016 var selskapet den største forhandlaren i verda av storfekjøtt, økologisk mat, grillkylling og vin.[20] Costco er rangert som nummer 11 på Fortune 500-rankinga over dei største amerikanske selskapa etter total omsetning.[21]

Costco sitt verdsomspennande hovudkontor ligg i Issaquah, Washington, ein forstad aust for Seattle, sjølv om varemerket Kirkland Signature ber namnet på det tidlegare hovudkontoret til selskapet i Kirkland. Selskapet opna sitt første varehus (warehouse: nemninga til kjeda på utsalsstadene) i Seattle i 1983.[22][23] Likevel, gjennom fusjonar går historia til Costco tilbake til 1976, då den tidlegare konkurrenten Price Club vart grunnlagd i San Diego i California.[24][25][26] Per september 2023 har Costco 861 varehus over heile verda:[27] 591 i USA, 107 i Canada, 40 i Mexico, 33 i Japan, 29 i Storbritannia, 18 i Sør-Korea, 15 i Australia, 14 i Taiwan, fem i Kina, fire i Spania og to i Frankrike, i tillegg til eitt på Island, eitt i New Zealand og eitt i Sverige.[27][28]
