Dickson Icefalls er ei gruppe nordoverflytande isfall med moderat helling i ei høgd på 1800 til 2000 meter over havet mellom Mount Moulton og Mount Bursey i Flood Range i Marie Byrd Land. Dei vart kartlagte av US Geological Survey frå landmålingar og flyfoto tekne av U.S. Navy i 1959–65, og vart namngjeven av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names etter Donald T. Dickson, ein glasiolog i US Antarctic Research Program ved Byrd-stasjonen 1962–63.[1]
