Francis Island er ei øy med uregelmessig form som ligg 12 nautiske mil aust-nordaust for Choyce Point, utanfor austkysten av Graham Land i Antarktis. Ho vart oppdaga og fotografert frå lufta av U.S. Antarctic Service i 1940. Ho vart kartlagd i 1947 av Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS), som namngav ho etter S.J. Francis, ein landmålar i FIDS.[1]
