Hjorth Hill er eit avrunda, isfritt fjell, 760 meter over havet, som ligg like nord for New Harbour og 2 nautiske mil sør for Hogback Hill i Victoria Land i Antarktis. Det vart kartlagd av Terra Nova-ekspedisjonen, leia av Robert Falcon Scott og vart kalla opp etter produsenten av primusapparata som vart nytta på ekspedisjonen. Namnet vert skrive «Hjort's Hill» i i rappoartane til Scott, men «Hjorth's Hill» vert nytta på kartet som følgde med rapporten. Den tilrådde stavinga er basert på karta som følgde rappoartane.[1]
