Lilienthal Island er ei av Donovan Islands, som ligg like nord for Glasgal Island i Vincennes Bay. Øya vart kartlagd frå flyfoto teken under U.S. Navy Operasjon Highjump, 1946-47. Ho vart namngjeven av Carl R. Eklund etter Billie R. Lilienthal i U.S. Navy som var flyfotograf ved Wilkes Station i 1957.
