O'Neill Point er det nordlegaste punktet på Lautaro Island i Antarktis, som ligg 1,5 nautiske mil (2,8 km) vest-sørvest for Lemaire Island i Gerlachesundet. Det vart namngjeve av United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) i 1977 for Vincent Michael O'Neill i Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS) som var radiotelegrafist og mekanikar ved Danco Island 1957–58, og Deceptionøya 1958-59.
