Wilson Island er ei hovudsakleg isfri øy som ligg mellom Browning Peninsula og Bosner Island i Windmill Islands. Ho vart først kartlagd frå flyfoto teken av U.S. Navy Operasjon Highjump og Operasjon Windmill i 1947 og 1948. Ho vart namngjeven av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) etter W. Stanley Wilson, som var biolog ved Wilkes Station i 1961.
