Sorry, I don't speak Nynorsk, but the foto of the instrument „Dudelsack“ also shows a „Hümmelchen“ bagpipe. The german word „Dudelsack“ is just another word for „Sackpfeife“, which means, as you may guess, also just bagpipe. --OculusAquilae (diskusjon) 1. september 2012 kl. 11:24 (CEST)[svar]

I still don't know which type of bagpipe this refers to. As it seems to be conical, it could be the Marktsackpfeife: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marktsackpfeife .
