Felsite Island er ei klippeøy som ligg inst i Edisto Inlet innanfor nordstraumen til Edistobreen. Ho vart namngjeven av New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition, 1957–58, på grunn av fleire gangar av gulkvite vulkanske bergartar (felsitt) i den elles mørke sedimentære bergarten som utgjer øya.[1]
