Horvath Island er ei lita øy like nord for Watkins Island i Biscoe Islands i Antarktis. Ho vart kartlagd frå flyfoto teken av Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition (1956–57), og namngjeven av UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee etter Stephen M. Horvath, ein amerikansk fysiolog som speisliaserte seg på det ytre sirkulasjonssystemet i mennesket i ekstreme klima.[1]
